I am an expert who works with individuals and couples to help heal the emotional pain associated with marriage and relationship problems, especially infidelity and betrayals. I will help you and your spouse/significant other gain clarity about yourselves and your relationship. I will support you in making good decisions about what your next steps should be in how you want to deal with your life. For those dealing with infidelity, I will help you see if it is possible to rebuild your marriage/relationship after an affair. I work with adult men and women dealing with issues of betrayal and infidelity, marriage and relationship difficulties, financial issues, communication difficulties, wanting to learn how to resolve conflicts more effectively, and may also want to learn how to let go of anger and bitterness by learning how to forgive. I also teach stress mamangement, mind and body interventions and relaxation techiques.

Payments/Condition :

You may pay me by cash or check to be paid at the time of the session. Although I can give you a receipt for you to send in to your insurance company I do not deal with insurance companies directly. Most insurance companies do not cover marriage counseling. When insurance is used for counseling the treatment has to be considered a "medical necessity." This means you must be given a psychiatric diagnosis which follows you throughout life. Once you have begun counseling, your sessions must be justified for insurance to continue to pay for your sessions. Your confidentiality is also at risk when using insurance. Many people who come to me are not mentally ill and should not have a diagnosis. They are simply struggling with relationship issues.
