I am a psychotherapist licensed in AZ, and National Certified Counselor. I attained her Master of Counseling degree at the University of Phoenix. I am also credentialed in chemical dependency counseling and has post graduate training in professional addiction counseling. In addition, I am currently finishing my PhD in Psychology with emphasis on organizational and leadership development.
I did my internship work focused on adolescent and young adult emotional and behavioral problems including ADHD. I have worked in several volunteer and career positions aiding adolescents with educational, behavioral, and emotional issues. In addition, I have training and experience working with clients with a history of trauma, abandonment, neglect, and all forms of abuse. I utilize integrated approaches to help individuals, families, and couples. Your therapy can include schema, trauma resolution, rational-emotive, cognitive restructuring, and emotional regulation approaches designed to integrate mind, body, and spirit and restore healthy daily functioning.
